"We've now been back from our holiday for a couple of weeks and just had to write to thank you again for the tour you organized for us in Vietnam. Everything went smoothly - the 3 guides who took care of us along the way were excellent (friendly, knowledgeable and helpful).
"I have been booking Hotel rooms through www.indochinaguides.com for the past year - reason being it is able to give very good rates and fast service. I have tried other websites before but none of them can match that of indochinaguides.com for geting value-for money Hotel rooms in Vietnam"

The fixed telephone number in Ha Noi starting with "3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9" will need to add prefix "3" to the original telephone number. The new dialing mode is "+ 84(Country code of Vietnam)4 (the destination code of Ha Noi) 3 (3, 5-9)XXXXXX".
In Me Linh District of Vinh Phuc Province and Luong Son District of Hoa Binh Province, the destination code will be changed from "211" and "218" to "4", fixed line numbers will be upgraded from 6 digits to 8 digits. The existing telephone number in Me Linh starting with "5" will need to add "3" in front and "2" after, the new dialing mode is "+ 84(Country code of Vietnam)4 (new destination code) 352XXXXX"; whereas the existing telephone number starting with "8" will need to add "3" in front and "1" after, the new dialing mode is "{+ 84(Country code of Vietnam)4 (new destination code) 381XXXXX".
The telephone number of Luong Son beginning with "820" and "821" will need to add prefix "39", the new dialing mode is "+ 84(Country code of Vietnam"4 (new destination code) 39820/39821XXXXX".
The fixed telephone number starting from the existing prefix "5" to "9" in most of the regions in Vietnam (please refer to the table as follows) will be upgraded from 6-digit or 7-digit to 7-digit or 8-digit numbers by adding prefix "3". The new dialing code is "+ 84(Country code of Vietnam)XX(X) (existing destination code) 3XXXXXX (X)".
There will be a dual mode adapting period until 01:00, 25 October 2008; during which both the original and the new numbers are also valid. After the dual mode adapting period ended, customers making calls with the original telephone numbers to the above mentioned districts of Vietnam can no longer be connected, however, a voice message will alert the callers of the correct way for making phone calls.
Should there be any queries about the new arrangements of making phone calls, please call Indochina Guides Hotline:(84) 975 271 567(out Vietnam) 0975 271 567 (in Vietnam)
